At Deshop LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in its original packaging. To request a return (if applicable), please email sales@deshop.ca with your full name, order number, item description, and the reason for your return.We will not accept return requests for orders received and delivered more than 14 days ago.

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and let you know whether your request for a refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process your refund immediately and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days, depending on your bank.

We ask that you carefully read our item descriptions before making a purchase. Please note that photos may appear slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to lighting during photo shoots or differences in monitor displays.

process of Return Or  Exchange If you would like to request an exchange due to a mistake made by us, please follow these instructions:

  1. Take a photo of the issue, including a ruler if the issue is related to size.
  2. Email us at sales@deshop.ca with the subject line “Order # [Your Order Number] Exchange Request.”
  3. In the email, include the following:
    • The photo(s) of the issue
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • The order number and identification of the specific product with the issue, if there are multiple items in the order

Our support team will respond as soon as possible and provide instructions for returning the item and receiving the exchange.

Please note that we cannot process exchanges or returns for items that are not defective or damaged, or for items that were ordered incorrectly by the customer (e.g. wrong size or color). We cannot make changes to orders that have already been processed or shipped.

“In the event that an order is not received due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will send a replacement to the original shipping address provided at the time of purchase. We guarantee the delivery of all orders.”

Late or missing refunds (if applicable after “refund approved”and confirmed by us)
